Features and uses:
The
Chamaecyparis pisifera Baby Blue is a dwarf conifera from Asia, mainly from central and southern Japan and belongs to the family of cupressaceae.
This dwarf cone is cone-shaped, very compact and with very slow growth. It produces wonderful
silver-toothed needle leaves until it reaches
purple tones in winter with particularly cold climates, giving an elegant touch of color to the garden.
The
Baby Blue Chamaecyparis pisifera is great for lovers of
mosaic art, in fact it lends itself well to being transformed into magnificent figures, to have a unique piece in the garden.
It does not need much maintenance, it only requires a little more water during the rooting period.
It develops well
in well drained and slightly acidic substrates, and it prefers sunny positions, but being very robust it also adapts to different conditions.
It does not require any special maintenance, so it is also perfect for those who do not have time to spend time on the garden.
The
Chamaecyparis p. Baby Blue can be planted individually or together with other essences,
both in pots and on the ground. Great for small borders or multicolored flower beds, for example combined with
Juniperus Sat. Tamariscifolia,
Thuja occ. Smaragd
