Features and uses:
Salvia Blue Armor is a deciduous shrub belonging to the Lamiaceae family, recently hybridized in Europe.
This bush is formed by many thin branches, with tubular terminal flowers, perfumed with an intense blue color, that bloom from late spring until autumn. The small leaves appear in spring, are green and to the touch give off a delicious scent very similar to sage used in the kitchen.
Salvia Blue Armor prefers areas in full sun or in partial shade, better if protected from strong and cold winds. It adapts well in different types of land and due to its resistance to salt, it lends itself very well to projects in maritime areas.
Rustic and not demanding in terms of maintenance, the Salvia Blue Armor is excellent both in the private ornamental green and in the public green, usable both as a single essence, both to create borders or mixed flower beds.
