Caratteristiche e utilizzi:
Deutzia gracilis Nikko belongs to the family of hydrangeaceae and is native to Asia.
It is a
small shrub with a deciduous leaf characterized by a rich flowering composed of small white and slightly perfumed flowers between May and June. The leaves are lanceolate bright green and not very large; in autumn they take on the warm shades of purple.
It does not present problems during cultivation, it develops in any type of soil, as long as it does not have any stagnant water and prefers sunny or half-shaded areas.
The Deutzia gracilis Nikko can be used in a
mixed flowerbed or for the creation of borders, both in private and in public parks. Considering its slow growth and compact bearing, this variety of Deutzia lends itself very well to planters.
Thinking about the design of a green corner, we can suggest some combinations, such as:
Weigela Pink Poppet,
Euonymus Aurea,
Trachelospermum Jasminoides (Tricolor),
Nandina Fire Power
