The
Miscanthus sinensis Pü nktchen is an ornamental grass belonging to the Poaceae family and is distinguished because it is made of bright green leaves with some irregular creams in color, in fact the translation of its name is "point".
If planted in ideal conditions, its height can reach 1.30 mt for this it is positioned among the medium-grain grasses, with an erect and orderly attitude.
The
inflorescence of
Miscanthus sin. Punktchen appears between August and October, it is the classical of
ornamental grasses, so a
dark brownish twig with red tones, which mature opens up, creating a pleasing soft effect.
The
spotted effect of this Miscanthus makes it very interesting to create mixed and
unmanageable maintenance flats, as it does not need to be irrigated constantly, do not require plant protection treatments and will not serve the herbicides.
