Features and Uses:
Pleiobastus Pygmaeus is an evergreen dwarf bamboo, originating in Asia, belonging to the Poaceae family.
This ornamental grass has a radical rhizomatic apparatus that develops rapidly; it tends to be invasive, so it is advisable to delimit the area you want to embroider.
From every rhizome there are so many thin, compact, green drums that carry long, dense green leaves that look like paper. It develops like a round bush and its lining is upholstered, this will prevent the development of unpleasant weeds.
Its height reaches around 50 cm, but you can decide to keep it cut to make the lawn effect.
Bamboo Nano is a very rustic and robust plant, and is usually not attacked by parasites; it prefers sunny locations but also fits well in the shade.
These features make it perfect both in the private and urban furnishings. Great for making borders and thanks to its roots, it is also ideal for consolidating friable and rough terrain.
